Test the humidifier’s sequence of operations to determine that it’s producing moisture as expected.
Inspect supply line, evaporator and fan motor for signs of wear or blockages that may affect performance.
Replace or clean the evaporator water panel of accumulated debris. Clear clogs in supply line & lubricate moving parts.
Inspect connections, wiring, & switches. Test solenoid valve, motor, and control board for proper operation.
Calibrate the humidistat & control panel to accurately maintain the desired humidity level.
Test the humidifier to ensure it is functioning correctly and any leaks, noises, and other issues have been resolved.
