Initial Assessment

Inspect the humidifier unit visually to identify any obvious signs of damage, leaks, or malfunctioning components.

System Diagnostics

Test the humidifier’s sequence of operations to determine that it’s producing moisture as expected.

Inspect Components

Inspect supply line, evaporator and fan motor for signs of wear or blockages that may affect performance.

Humidifier Cleaning

Replace or clean the evaporator water panel of accumulated debris. Clear clogs in supply line & lubricate moving parts.

Electrical Inspection

Inspect connections, wiring, & switches. Test solenoid valve, motor, and control board for proper operation.

System Calibration

Calibrate the humidistat & control panel to accurately maintain the desired humidity level.

Testing & Verification

Test the humidifier to ensure it is functioning correctly and any leaks, noises, and other issues have been resolved.

Customer Briefing

Communicate findings of the inspection, necessary repairs, and maintenance steps to you.

Project Documentation

Document all repairs performed, parts replaced, and tests conducted for future reference.
