Upgrade to a complete 16-SEER2 system as recommended, and we guarantee at least 20% savings on your total home energy consumption within the first year. If you don’t, WE WILL PAY YOU THE DIFFERENCE.

  • This guarantee applies only to complete 16-SEER2 system replacements (indoor air handler/furnace, evaporator coil, and outdoor unit) installed simultaneously as per our recommendations.
  • Homes with multiple systems require a custom evaluation.

Commitment to Your Satisfaction

From the initial system startup and for the following 12 months, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If, in good faith, you are truly dissatisfied with your new equipment or the installation and notify us promptly, we pledge to do everything within our power to meet or exceed your reasonable expectations, ensuring you are delighted with your choice of Greer’s Heating & Air.

However, if during this initial 12-month period, we fall short of this high standard, we will remove all installed equipment and provide you with a 100% full refund.

Important Note:

  • Please note that we cannot reinstall any pre-existing equipment, ductwork, or other materials removed for the installation. Additionally, items that become inaccessible within the 12-month warranty period are non-refundable unless the homeowner arranges easy access for Greer’s Heating & Air. Free 1-Year Membership in Our Gold Comfort Club

Full System Replacement:
When you invest in a complete system replacement (furnace and/or air handler, evaporator coil, and outdoor unit; any packaged unit; or any full mini-split system), we’ll include a complimentary 1-year Gold Comfort Club membership for that new equipment. While the free membership is exclusive to the replaced system, you have the option to extend Comfort Club coverage to your other equipment at our standard rates. Enjoy a full year of benefits and services post-installation, with the opportunity to continue your Gold membership afterward.
 
Partial Replacements:
For replacements involving only the indoor or outdoor components of your system, we offer a complimentary 6-month Comfort Club membership specifically for that newly installed equipment. The same conditions apply as with a full system replacement. Contact us for complete details.

We highly recommend the Amana Assure extended service plan on every equipment installation.  These valuable plans offer excellent protection, extending the labor warranty to a full 10 years.

Genuine Greer’s Guarantees

Energy Savings: Upgrade your system as we’ve recommended and we guarantee that you will save at least 20% on your home’s total electric consumption in the first year or we will pay you the difference. Replace your complete ductwork system and we’ll guarantee you’ll save yet another 5% in the first year on top of all of that!

Cleanliness: We will leave the work area as clean as or cleaner than it was before we started and we will protect your carpets and floors at all times. If not, we will clean/repair them or pay to have them cleaned/repaired.

Timeliness: We will complete the work within the time frame agreed upon. If we fail to do so, we will take $100 off the price.

Warranties: We provide some of the best equipment warranties in the industry and all new equipment comes with 2 full years of labor warranty for workmanship, materials, parts and equipment issues as long as your equipment has not been neglected, abused, or misused. 

If your equipment fails during the 2-year labor warranty period we will ensure that you have some heating or cooling within 24 hours. Temporary heating and/or cooling options may be used in these rare circumstances. If needed, we will pay for you to spend the night in a hotel/motel (a place we would stay in ourselves). Bottom line…one way or another, you’ll be comfortable.

Satisfaction: Your job will be permitted and inspections provided for electrical and mechanical applications, as necessary and required. Only when we, the county/city inspectors and, most importantly, you are satisfied will the job be complete.

Protection: We are fully licensed and insured for any property damage and we carry workman’s compensation insurance for all of our personnel. We also demand our subcontractors carry these types of insurance, too, while at your property. We use only the finest quality equipment, parts and materials. All of our technicians are trained and retrained continuously in all installation, service and repair standards of practice and safety procedures.

Environmental Care: We will recycle whatever and whenever possible any replaced or removed refrigerant, equipment, parts and/or materials including packing materials, boxes, pallets, etc. We have long been proponents of reclaiming, reusing and recycling anything and everything we can. It makes sense…both for the environment and to our bottom line.
